Everything discussed in sessions will remain confidential

I attend regular supervision, where I may discuss session details to uphold and improve my practice while maintaining clients' anonymity.

I do keep notes of our sessions, which are anonymous and kept locked away and accessible only by me.

Notes and contact details are destroyed after 6 years from the last counselling session.

Public acknowledgement is led by the client's personal choice.

If you need to cancel a session please provide 24 hrs notice, failure to do so will still incur a session charge.

If in the event of my death or incapacitation, an executor of my counselling Will will contact you to inform you of an end to our sessions and will destroy all notes and contact details per GDPR, while maintaining confidentiality.
